Pop Mart is crashing in California!!! Our first US store will open soon at South Coast Plaza and we're now looking for Sales Associates to contribute our continuous expansion globally.
What you are up to
● Monitor and manage the daily operations including: sales, shelf arrangement, product display, cleanliness, stock take, inventory control.
● Handle transactions by cash, credit card, check or other forms of payments, issue invoices or receipts, complete transaction procedures
● Properly handle customer inquiries and their needs, provide high quality services and establish a long-term relationship with the customers.
● Excellent communication skills, organizational and time management skills.
● Assist the store manager to lead the team to achieve the goals set by the company. Experience gained within a retail store environment is advantageous.

● Great personality and excellent communication skills.
● Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.

● Flexible availability during peak trade, expectation to work weekends, (extended trade following trading hours) Available to work On public holidays.
● Fluency in Chinese Mandarin would be a strong plus.
